Small internal group.  Leader:  "Cheo" SILEO, arrested.  Probably no longer functioning.

Small internal organization.  Leader:  Dr. Rene Le La UZ. [De La Uz]

Internal group; has relationship with MRP; supports CRC. Engaged in some sabotage.  In September 1962 still working toward internal unity.  Leaders:  Domingo DIAZ (aka:  CHICHO); Raul AMADOR; and Ismael IBANES.

Internal group, functioning in Havana, Pinar del Rio and Matanzas Provinces.  Member UNIR.

Small exile group.  Allied with ALC, pro-BATISTA, anti-CASTRO group.  Leader:  Adelardo VALDES Astolfi.

Exile group, possibly one man.  Leader:  Jose Antonio HERNANDEZ Ayalvides.

Formed in Cuba; small propaganda group.  Leader:  Juan Manuel PIREZ [PEREZ] Cabrera (aka Mimito) now in US.

(Anti-Communist Revolutionary Directorate for Liberation)

Internal pocket group; member PGCC; engaged in sabotage (i.e. burning cane fields).  Associated with RA.  Leader:  Carlos Miguel (lnu)

(13th of March Revolutionary Directorate)

Member of EIC; an Anti-CASTRO organization in US; not well known.  Leader: Eduardo CARBO.

ECA:  Ejercito Cubano Anticomunista  (Anti-Communist Cuban Army)
(Also known by full title, "Anti-Communist Cuban Army - Escambray Front)

Exile militant organization desiring to propagandize itself and organize clandestine operations.  Has middle-of-the-road platform, but speaks much of "social progress of Cuba".  Led by Evilio DUQUE  Miyar and Orlando BUSCH  Avila (author of violently anti-US, anti-CIA, anti-MIRO pamphlet distributed in Miami August 1962).  Found completely undependable by US contacts.  Have small delegations in Miami, New Jersey, and Chicago, but never had anything in Cuba.

Pocket organization affiliated with ARAC in Cuba.  Leader:  El Julio (war name).

ECC:  Ejercio Constitucional Cubano
(Constitutional Cuban Army)
Aka:  Division del Norte del Ejercito Constitucional (Northern Division of the Constitutional Army).

Affiliated with one of the "FAC" organizations.  No activity.  Leaders:  Gustavo MARQUEZ, Varon de Lepanto GARCIA, Jose A. Fernandez MARTINEZ,  Antolin FALCON (formerly of National Police).

ECL:  Ejercito Cubano de Liberacion (Cuban Army of Liberation)

Batista-oriented organization of ex-Army Officers.  Nominal leader:  Angel SANCHEZ Mosquera.  Probable actual leader:  Jose Elenterio PEDRAZA.  Non-political, but SANCHEZ Mosquera is military leader of GARCERAN's PGCC.

ELA:  Ejercito de Liberacion Anticomunista  (Anti-Communist Liberation Army)

Name reportedly used by guerrilla fighters in the Escambray, including Congo PACHECO, in early 1962.

ERL:  Ejercito Revolucionario de Liberacion
  (Revolutionary Army of Liberation)

Probably non-existent.  Mentioned in one report as a participant in planned "uprising" of August 1962, but source may have confused it with ELN.

ERR:  Ejercito de Recuperacion Revolucionaria
  (Army of Revolutionary Recovery)

Affiliated with UNIR in Cuba.  Suspected G-2 penetration organization.

ESAC:  Ejercito Secreto Anti-Comunista
  (Secret Anti-Communist)

Organized early 1962 inside Cuba.  Facundo HERNANDEZ Perez, also identified with RDR, came to Miami May 1962 to secure assistance for RDR and ESAC.

FAAL:  Frente Anticomunista de America Latina
  (Latin American Anti-Communist Front)

Identified as an affiliate of PGCC.  Director:  Antonio ZIENGENHIRT.

FAC:  Frente Anti-Comunista  (Anti-Communist Front)

Affiliated with UR (Jose de la TORRIENTE faction).  Participated in some resistance activity in Cuba during 1960 and 61, but decimated by arrests after April 1961.  If still in existence, is at best a paper organization.

FACCE:  Fuerzas Armadas Constitucionales de Cuba en el Exilio 
(Constitutional Armed Forces of Cuba in Exile)

Located in New York City.  Two functions:  Northern Division and Southern Division.  Inactive.  Hold weekly meetings.  Support 1940 Consitituion [Constitution].  Remaining as an independent unit until there is a unification of Cuban exiles.

FAI:  Frente Anticomunist [Anticomunista] Interno
  (Internal Anti-Communist Front)

Founded March 1962.  Ricardo ZAYAS, aka "Julio", National Coordinator in Cuba, sent Domingo FALBER  Villasante to US.  FALBER indicated FAI had 12,000 men in Cuba.  Major strength in Provinces Havana and Las Villas.  Coordinators in Cuba included:  "Cookie," Ovidio, "Pedro"; Domingo FALBER Villasante, aka David HERNANDEZ; Evelio ANTON; and "Claito."  Claim have fishing boats to receive arms.  FALBER to contact following in US:  Carlos FERNANDEZ Gonzalez, Carlos FERNANDEZ Campos, Orlando ACOSTA, Rolando MANZANO, Rafael GUAS Inclan, Roberto GUITERA, Luis CABARGA Falber and Jorge CABARGA Falber in attempt to obtain support.  FALBER, accompanied by Raul Cristobal TUYA Cala and Victor Monert Leyva, both FAI members.  This group's effectiveness and membership suspect as integrated with FND which in spring 1962 heavily penetrated by G-2 and suffered many arrests.  Among  those arrested was FND National Coordinator Edmundo ESTRADA Carranzana, who was affiliated with FAI in Havana.  Claim have valuable members in Cuban military.  Only activities stated were printing of FAI newspaper and bond sales.

FAM:  Frente Anticomunista Magisterial  (Magisterial Anti-Communist Front)

Joined Magistrates Section of 30th of November in April or May 1962 inside Cuba. "Gumersindo" to represent FAM.

  (Revolutionary Air Force)

Resistance group operating in Cuba.  Member of UNIR.

Inside organization.  Member of UNIR.
