small delegations in Miami, New Jersey, and Chicago, but
never had
anything in Cuba.

Founded March 1962. Ricardo ZAYAS, aka "Julio",
National
Coordinator in Cuba, sent Domingo FALBER Villasante to
US.
FALBER indicated FAI had 12,000 men in Cuba. Major
strength in
Provinces Havana and Las Villas. Coordinators in Cuba
included: "Cookie," Ovidio, "Pedro"; Domingo FALBER
Villasante,
aka David HERNANDEZ; Evelio ANTON; and "Claito." Claim
have
fishing boats to receive arms. FALBER to contact
following in
US: Carlos FERNANDEZ Gonzalez, Carlos FERNANDEZ
Campos, Orlando
ACOSTA, Rolando MANZANO, Rafael GUAS Inclan, Roberto
GUITERA, Luis
CABARGA Falber and Jorge CABARGA Falber in attempt to obtain
support. FALBER, accompanied by Raul Cristobal TUYA
Cala and
Victor Monert Leyva, both FAI members. This group's
effectiveness
and membership suspect as integrated with FND which in
spring 1962
heavily penetrated by G-2 and suffered many arrests.
Among
those arrested was FND National Coordinator Edmundo ESTRADA
Carranzana,
who was affiliated with FAI in Havana. Claim have
valuable
members in Cuban military. Only activities stated were
printing
of FAI newspaper and bond sales.
