Small group of Latin Americans from various countries.
Early 62
had plan ("Accion Mayo" - Operation May) to kidnap communist
leaders in
18 Latin American countries and hold them as ransom for
Cuban-held
political prisoners; plan abandoned for lack of US
support. Only
known member: Ruben Armando REYNOSO Suarez, former
Argentine
diplomat.
