Small internal organization. Only known member:  Antonio OTERO, who was liaison with UNIR in mid-1962.

OOA:  Organizacion Occidental Anticomunista  (Occidental Anti-Communist Organization) ak (Occidental American Organization)

Claims to have been formed January 4, 1959.  Appears to have had some strength prior April 1961.  Has now been absorbed by UNIR.  Marcelino PEREZ Diaz (aka Anacee PAGUEY or Paquey) was national coordinator until he came out by small boat in June 1962.

OPC:  Organizacion Patriotica Cubana  (Cuban Patriotic Organization)

Inside organization.  MORERA Pellon claims to have integrated OPC into ARCA, a predecessor of UNIR.

OR:  Ortodozos Revolucionarios  (Orthodox Revolucionaries [Revolutionaries] )

Internal organization composed of members of bona fide political party Partido del Pueblo Cubano (Ortodoxos), to which Fidel Castro originally belonged but which he soon found too conservative.  Last known national leader:  Erasmo GOMEZ, who was in contact with Masons and ELN.

Small internal organization, apparently localized in Cardenas, which claimed credit for organizing large hunger demonstration 13 June 62.

P. L.:  Partido Liberal  (Liberal Party)

Name of former bona fide political party.  Now pocket organization in PGCC.  Leader:  Rafael GUAS Inclan.

PNCE:  Policia Nacional Cubana en el Exilio  (National Cuban Police in Exile)

Active organization composed of former members of Batista's National Police.  Militant.  Contacts throughout exile community, particularly in anti-CRC circles.  Desires mount infiltration and raider operations.  Registered in Florida as a club.  Oppose CRC.  Integrated into PGCC as "Policia Nacional Cubana."  Leaders:  Raul ARANGO de la Noval; Andres SAR-ALVAREZ Andreu; Miguel ASTIAZARIAN; Julio Warterio DARNAS Darnas.  Approximately 600 enrolled members.

P. O.:  Partido Ortodoxo (Orthodox Party)

Formerly bona fide Cuban political party.  Not extremely active in resistance.  Reported combining with Masons in May 1962 under Erasmo GOMEZ.  Action element sometimes called ORD (expansion unknown).

PRCE:  Partido Revolucionario Cubano en el Exilio  (Cuban Revolutionary Party in Exile)

The most "authentic" branch of the PRC (A); i. e., the Miami faction led by Lomberto DIAZ and Ruben MENDIOLA.  (See PRC (A). Part II).

Exile organization formed in Tampa, Fla., December 61 by Tampa representatives of eight anti-Castro organizations.  Was not connected with major UR organization.  Now inactive and paper organization only.

URA: Union Revolucionaria Anticomunista  (Anti-Communist Revolutionary Union)

Internal organization destroyed in 1961 with arrest of leader, Dr. Jorge Alberto GONZALEZ.

URCC:  Un Rifle Cada Cubano  (One Rifle for Each Cuban)

Leader Rolando MASFERRER [Rojas].  Organized and based in New York City.  Has operated under cover of "Unidad Revolucionaria".  "Un Rifle" actually a plan which calls for at least one thousand exile Cubans to buy one rifle each and keep it in readiness for use in any future action against Cuba.  Very active in New York City, New Jersey areas.  Allegedly 300 rifles delivered to Miami area in summer 62.

Exile organization; PGCC affiliate.  Director:  Dr. Domingo ACOSTA.

VDC:  Vanguardia Democratica Cristiana  (Christian Democratic Vanguard)

Early splinter group of MDC, now affiliated with PGCC.  Director:  Enrique VILLARREAL.

VERTICE TRES:  (Third Position)

Internal organization.  Membership composed of intellectuals and professionals.  Interested in attempting industrial slowdown and sabotage, but activities so far have been primarily anti-Castro/Communist propaganda.  Miami exile contact:  Gerardo (lnu).

WELFARE:  (Welfare)

Internal organization, headed by Paulito GRAU.  Aids Catholics and children to leave Cuba by providing false visas and money.
