An "Action" adjunct of Partido Cubano Revolucionario Autentico.
The middle of the road political party of GRAU San Martin. PRIO
Socarras, and Antonio DE VARONA. Purpose: To carry on … guerrilla
warfare in support of principles of Autentico Party. Information

II. HISTORY
Organized in early 1930 as underground operating organization of
Autentico Party,… in 1952 to fight Batista. PRIO signed Castro's
1958 Caracas Pact as OA delegate. Contributed to Pro-Castro
guerrilla activity. Followed legal Party into anti-Castro
struggle.
III. CURRENT ACTIVITIES
In exile OA not distinguishable from constituted political party of
Autenticos. Incoming refugees report considerable resistance
activity on part of OA, but do not distinguish clearly among OA,
"Rescate," and Autentico Party. No identifiable separate National
Coordinator or hierarchy.
