Political: Affiliated with P-GCC and ULH. Left of
center. Opposed to CRC. Advocate agrarian and wage
reform, return to Constitution of 1940; national autonomy without
intervention by U. S. or U. S. S. R.
Leading Personalities: In U. S. Felipe VIDAL
Santiago; Dario FERRER. In Cuba: "EL FUERTE SANCHEZ", "EL
GALLEGO", former leader in Havana, now in prison: Humberto DOMINGUEZ
Oropesa.
II. HISTORY
A minor unity group reported to comprise the LCCO, FEU, FCRU, FLN,
FRAC, and MIDR. Tangible activity appears to be ... Claim
to have many commando-type action plans which thwarted by American
authorities. Opposed to infiltration of small resistance groups
into Cuba; feel this a waste of manpower. Claim contacts with
resistance elements in Habana and Pinar del Rio and to have delivered
some supplies to anti-Castro forces.
