Majority members ex-service men from previous regime. In Matanzas
City organized by district into 12 man cells. Disturbingly
similar to G-2 run GILA in that members told to remain inactive,
are issued identification tags, and movement active in affiliating with
other groups and unities. In December 1961 Raul MARTINEZ, FRAC
leader, was allegedly arrested. February 1962 majority of
Matanzas membership arrested. MARTINEZ blamed. Later report
indicated MARTINEZ G-2 penetration, and continued to be responsible for
arrests of FRAC and MRTN members.
III. CURRENT STATUS
No indication of sabotage and action plans. Exile organization
wants to join with other movements. Exile leader PAZOS said he is
in disagreement with FULN because it anti-American. August coordinators
