II. HISTORY
Organized 21 June 1961, Cuba. Claims infiltrations
into Castro
Government. FOAC intelligence potential unknown.
No access
to diplomatic pouches; all outgoing communications from Cuba
carried
clandestinely. Has 18 members in prison, serving 9 to
30 year
terms. Organizational teams purported extend across
Cuba.
III. CURRENT STATUS
Some indications early 62 that internal FOAC was under G-2
control; e.
g., contact with all possible resistance groups, spurious
looking
official documents being carried into U. S. by casual
refugees,
etc.
