Jose E. de la TORRIENTE faction of UR; Gustavo RODRIGO
faction claiming to be a genuine rep. of FEU) to the Dr.
Jose F. RODRIGUEZ Espada faction. Participated in the
... forming "The Unity" in Washington, D. C. July
1962. MORE tactic member of EIC but separated itself
Aug. 1962.
Leading Personalities; In U. S. Julio Antonio More,
Gustavo RODRIGO; Antonio VARGAS; Rafael INCLAN.
II. HISTORY
RODRIGO group publish in New York, ALMA MATER, directed
mostly against the MORE faction. FEU Washington D. C.
group hold a wreath laying ceremony at plaque of Gen.
Callito GARCIA on 30 May 1962. MORE faction reportedly
recruiting men in New York, July 1962.
II. CURRENT STATUS
28 Sept. 1962, FEU (faction unknown) said to have been given
$10,000 by (fnu) GARCIA of GARCIA Shipping lines to
purchase equipment capable of destroying Shell Refinery and
Habana ... Plant in Cuba. Money spent on electronic
equipment for two motor boats; need $3,000 more for purchase
of bombs. FEU as ... entity believed to be almost
non-existent, members named ... associated with ... FAYCA.
