regime. Advocate return 1940 Constitution. Disagree with U. S.
policies concerning Cuba. Feel FBI and CIA impede their
activities. Opposed to CRC.

Ramiro RANGEL, Fernando CASANOVAS Madrigal, Francisco RODRIGUEZ Tamayo,

RANGEL, and Cerefino RODRIGUEZ.
II. HISTORY
Maintain some members have transported arms to Cuba. Mid-1961 had
a training camp near Key West, Florida, where also had boat and
arms. Early June 1962 soliciting recruits for Ejercito de
Liberacion Nacional. 19 June 62 merged with FEU and DRTN to form
EIC.
