PART II:  SECONDARY ORGANIZATIONS

I. IDENTIFYING DATA:

Common Title:  FAYCA

Title:  Fuerzas Armadas y Civiles Anticomunistas
         Armed Forces and Civilian Anti-Communists

Political:  Want to carry out warlike actions against CASTRO regime.  Advocate return 1940 Constitution. Disagree with U. S. policies concerning Cuba.  Feel FBI and CIA impede their activities.  Opposed to CRC.

Leading Personalities:  In U. S.:  Eladio del VALLE Gutierrez, Ramiro RANGEL, Fernando CASANOVAS Madrigal, Francisco RODRIGUEZ Tamayo, Pedro MARTINEZ, Heriberto RODRIGUEZ, Manuel MESA, Arturo PITA, Ramiro RANGEL, and Cerefino RODRIGUEZ.

II.  HISTORY

Maintain some members have transported arms to Cuba.  Mid-1961 had a training camp near Key West, Florida, where also had boat and arms.  Early June 1962 soliciting recruits for Ejercito de Liberacion Nacional.  19 June 62 merged with FEU and DRTN to form EIC.
