Batista Government Bank Accounts

[NOTE 1: The following is a list of
people with Peso amounts. The amount of Pesos represents the amount
found in safety deposit boxes after they fled. The article further
states that persons with amounts between $8 and $200,000.00 were not
included due to lack of public interest. It further states that many
depositors retrieved some of their money before leaving Cuba. It goes
on to state that the Wall Street listed Batista as one of their
heaviest investors with over $500 million.]
[NOTE 2: At the time Batista left Cuba
the Cuban Peso was equal to the American dollar. Cuba does not use
comas but decimal points in writing money amounts.]
