PETITION FOR LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
TO THE HONORABLE W.F. BLANTON, FRANK B. DOWLING AND GEORGE T. CLARK, Judge of said Court:
Your petition, whose residence is 1700 Southwest 2nd Avenue, Miami,
Florida and whose post office address is 458 Pan American Bank
Building, Miami, Florida respectfully represents unto this Honorable
Court:
First: That ELADIO del VALLE died interstate at Miami, Florida on June
19, 1962, and at the time of his death was domiciled at 3210 Northwest
10th Avenue, Miami, Florida a citizen of Republic of Cuba and a
resident of Dade County: that at the time of death he was aged to wit
62 yrs.
Second: That the said decedent left him surviving as next of kin and heirs at law the following:

Third: That the said decedent, died seized and possessed of a certain
estate, situate and being to Dade County, Florida, which to the best of
petitioner's information and belief consists of real estate situate in
Dade County, Florida of the approximate value of $None and personal
property described as:
1960 Thunderbird Ford Automobile...........$1500.00
Highland Park Drug Store, 936 N.W. 7 Ave., Miami Florida .............No Value
(the mortgages and outstanding debts total approximately $38,000.00, which is in excess of the value of the business)
LA CUBANITA, coffee shop, located at N.E. 1st St. & 2nd Avenue,
Miami, Florida, value of approximately 1000.00 of the aggregate
estimated of $2500.00; That the estimated value of both real and
personal property is $2500.00; situate in and being in Dade County,
Florida.
Fourth: That your petitioner is the attorney for the widow of decedent,
the widow has requested petitioner that he apply for the administration
of the estate, inasmuch as none of the heirs are American citizens, and
none are qualified to act as administrators.
Wherefore, your petitioner prays that he may be appointed Administrator of the estate of said deceased.
