BEFORE ME personally appeared ORLANDO BOSCH-AVILA, who, being duly sworn
on oath, deposes and says:
1. If admitted into the United States, I intend to respect its Constitution
and laws.
2. If admitted into the United States, I would not engage in activities
prohibited by the laws of the United States relating to espionage, sabotage,
public disorder, or any other activity subversive to the national security.
3. I do not seek to enter the United States solely, principally, or
incidentally to engage in violence or any other activity that would be prejudicial
to the public interest, or that would endanger the welfare, safety, or security
of the United States.
4. I no longer belong to any organization that advocates the violence
overthrow of the communist dictatorship in Cuba, nor have I for at least
the past five years.
5. For at least five years I have been actively opposed to the doctrine,
program, principles, and ideology of organizations that advocate the duty,
necessity, or propriety of the unlawful assaulting or killing of officers
of the United

6. For at least five years I have been actively opposed to the doctrine,
program, principles, and ideology of organizations that advocate the unlawful
damage, injury, or destruction of property within the United States.
7. For at least five years I have been actively opposed to the doctrine,
program, principles, and ideology of organizations that advocate sabotage
within the United States.
