Reportedly, the Miami Cuban community has a force of 600 - 1000 men trained
in guerrilla warfare and they are well armed and equipped for spontaneous
organization. The Cubans are expected to be active at the DEMOCRATIC
NATIONAL CONVENTION. The Cuban community newspaper recently gave front-page
support for Governor GEORGE WALLACE.
