TELEPHONE: [deleted]The Criminal Intelligence Bureau has received information that the anti-Castro Cuban exile group, "November 30th" has scheduled a demonstration for Wednesday, November 30, 1994, between the hours of 8:00 A.M., and 11:00 P.M. The demonstration will take place in front of the Federal Courthouse located at 4th Street and North Miami Avenue, downtown. The purpose of the demonstration is to protest the sentencing of Fausto Marimon and Rodolfo Frometa (Comandos F-4 Members) who were found guilty of possession of illegal firearms. The presiding judge will announce the sentence on the same date, November 30, 1994. Approximately 150 demonstrations are expected to participate.
The Criminal Intelligence Bureau will continue to monitor and disseminate all information expeditiously.
