To Block Traffic At MIA

The following information has been received by this office:
On Friday, March 1, 1996, commencing t 12:00 p.m., a group known as Juventud Cubana, along with various other organizations, are calling on motorist to block traffic at Miami International Airport by repeatedly driving slowly past the terminals. According to distributed flyers, the idea is to legally congest the traffic at the airport. Their purpose is to bring world attention for the downing of the Brothers to the Rescue planes by the Cuban government.
Furthermore, their asking that all businesses close at 11:00 a.m., on Friday, March 1, 1996, in solidarity with the movement.
The Criminal Intelligence Section will disseminated any new information expeditiously.
