The Cuban exile hard-line organizations known as ALPHA 66 and VIGILIA MAMBISA will conduct a demonstration at 17 Avenue-West Flagler Street on Thursday, October 10, 1996, at 8:00 P.M.
Said demonstration will commemorate the beginning of Cuba's war of independence against Spain in the 19th Century. A total of 50 demonstrators are expected to be in attendance at this event.
City of Miami Police Department is aware of this event.
Additional information will be disseminated in an expeditious manner.
