The following information has been received by the Criminal Intelligence Bureau.

On Monday, May 1, 1995, Cuban exiles from approximately 20 exile anti-Castro organizations met at Brigade 2506 headquarters and discussed future protests which will be directed against the governments of Belize and Britain.

Those present at the meeting expressed their anger against government officials from the above mentioned countries as a result of the recent deportation of 20 Cubans from Belize.  The group of deportees had previously departed Cuba and arrived at Belize after a brief stop at Grand Cayman Island.  Belize immigration officials are said to have utilized bodily force against the deportees as they attempted to accommodate them inside a Cubana Airlines aircraft.

As a result of those actions, a support rally has been planned for Thursday, May 4, 1995, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at the British Consulate office, located at 1001 S. Bayshore Drive, Miami, Florida.  Additional demonstrations may also be sponsored in the near future at the site of Belize Consulate office, located at 8260 N.E. 2nd Avenue or at representative airlines from the previously mentioned countries operating out of Miami International Airport.

The Criminal Intelligence Section will monitor and disseminate any new information expeditiously.
